The Woolloongabba PDA covers about 106 hectares and is administered by Economic Development Queensland. Within the boundary, the Development Scheme supplies the main land-use and assessment rules.
A reliable way to check a site
Confirm the boundary first, identify the mapped precinct, then read the PDA-wide criteria and the provisions for that precinct. Use the EDQ register to see whether a specific address has a lodged application or decision.
