The rules changed in October 2025
The amended Woolloongabba Priority Development Area scheme took effect on 10 October 2025. It is now the assessment framework for development inside the 106-hectare PDA, replacing the earlier scheme rather than sitting beside it.
What residents should use
For a current application, first confirm whether the address is inside the PDA, then read the precinct provisions and maps that apply to that site. Older consultation documents remain useful history but are not the operative rules.
