Our development index includes projects with a traceable government record and states whether each is lodged, subject to an information request, approved, proposed or under construction. It is a status register, not a ranking of projects.
How to use it
Open an address record for the application reference and source link. For approvals, read the conditions as well as the drawings; for lodged applications, expect plans to change before a decision.
