Find the right authority first
Check whether the address is inside the Woolloongabba PDA. Use EDQ’s register for PDA applications and the relevant council records for sites outside the boundary. Searching by both street address and application number can surface records filed under a corner address.
Documents worth opening
Start with the latest proposal plans, any information request and the decision notice. Conditions, approved drawings and later change applications can materially alter what a short register description appears to allow.
