The corridor proposal
Council’s draft concept considers environmental and recreation improvements along the Kingfisher Creek corridor, including ideas around Watt Park and Woolloongabba Rotary Park. It is a connected open-space proposal rather than a single development application.
Still at concept stage
The consultation material shows possible directions, not a completed design or construction commitment. Funding, staging, drainage, ecology and park access would need to be resolved before physical works proceed.
