Inside the PDA
Economic Development Queensland is the development assessment authority for land inside the Woolloongabba PDA. Applications are assessed against the current Development Scheme and published through EDQ’s applications and approvals register.
Outside the boundary
Brisbane City Council remains relevant for land outside the PDA and for local services within its responsibility. Checking the address against the PDA map avoids searching the wrong register or assuming Council is the decision-maker.
