How shared infrastructure is funded
The Development Charges and Offset Plan sets the approach to contributions for water, sewer, transport, parks and community infrastructure in the PDA. Charges can be paid and eligible works may be credited or offset under the plan.
Why the fine print matters
A development approval and its infrastructure conditions need to be read together. The plan explains the funding mechanism, but it does not mean every proposed park, street upgrade or community facility has a funded delivery date.
